Education Loan : An Advantage or a Curse?

Hi,

My name is Sumit Hardia; I live in Indore and am working in an SEO company in Indore only. I did engineering from Venkateshwar Institute of Technology, Indore during the years 2007 to 2011. I paid my college fees by the help of education loans provided by State Bank of India.

I took an education loan of 1.42 lakhs and my total loan amount has reached 1.72 lakhs,I have paid 35000 thousand during my engineering ,I used to pay Rs. 3000 per month and I promised them that I will pay Rs. 4,500 every month soon. One day they called me and asked me to come to the Bank for a talk. When I reached their, they did not even told me to sit and asked me to pay Rs. 8500 per month for the loan.

I have witnessed an SBI loan in my city and that too in my neighborhood where there was a car loan for 3.90 lakhs and the bank asked for 6500 per month.

Now what I do not understand is the banking system which asks an individual to clear his loans. A person buying a vehicle is obviously an employed person and can pay higher amount of monthly installment, where as a student seeking education loan, may have many problems while repaying his debts. If they are asking people to clear their debts, they must ask relatively to each of their customers.

I don’t understand how a bachelor degree holder will be a more capable of paying his debts than an employed person, who is capable of buying a vehicle. The banking system should work on these little details or else just stop doing favors for students with needs because later, they really has to suffer in the process. One last thing, they must treat everyone equally. They treat people with higher outstanding amounts as if they are a disgrace to the society. There is no harm, if they ask one of us to sit or offer a glass of water.

Worst Service Center of micromax

Sir,

My name is Sumit Hardia from Indore. I bought a Micromax A89 on 9th may 2013. Because of a charging problem, I went to the Micromax service center [AYUSHI ELECTRONICS] on 20th June.
Ayushi Electronics is located at Yeshwant Plaza, Landmark Railway Station, Indore M.P
My Job Sheet number is R1306FMP4218584.
They took my mobile for repairing and told that I can have it back in the next 2 hours. But when I went there, they asked for more time; one day. After one day, they told there was a power failure. I gave them one more day, then I went there, the service centre was closed.
Next time, when I went there, they asked for 8 days time, so I asked for a written commitment that they will repair my phone in the next 8 days.
They started behaving rudely with me and told me to take my phone back un-repaired. When I showed anger regarding their behavior, then only they kept my phone.
Till now, I haven't received any further call from them. If you guys don't have the skill to handle this much customer, why do you manufacture so many product.
I am a blogger, and I am going to write bad reviews about all 5 of your products, which I use, and if needed I am going to take legal actions about this service center and your company.

Khurana- The Bakery Review

Hello Everyone,

My name is Sumit Hardia, I am a resident of Indore. I run a SEO company in my city and I do everything to make my family happy. Yesterday, on 29^th June 2013, I celebrated my nephew’s birthday, but I wasn’t happy the whole time, seeing his unsatisfied face. He is more than a son to me. I can do anything to make him happy.

Now here is the whole story,

20 days prior to his birthday, I ordered a cake at “Khurana- The Bakery”, Janjeerwala Square. My Nephew, Arav, my nephew is so fond of all the characters of the animated TV series Chhota Bheem. So, I ordered a photo cake weighing 6 pounds with all the characters of Chhota Bheem imprinted on it. I told the shop owner that the reason I am ordering this cake 20 day prior to Arav’s birthday as I do not want them to make any mistake and they must prepare the cake as I asked them to. I also told Arav how his birthday cake going to be and he was more than excited to see his favorite characters on his birthday cake.

Yesterday, when I went to Khurana Bakery to take the cake, I came across a shocking revelation that they didn’t prepare my cake at all and only when I reached there, they started working on it.

The bakery owner sent one of his staffs to go find the characters of Chhota Bheem in other shops that deal in making birthday cakes. Can you believe it; they started working on my 20 day old order on the delivery date only, that too at 5:30PM in the evening. But I kept calm and waited for the staff to come; the staff came with an ordinary imprint of Chhota Bheem, with no other characters on it. Let me tell you, the imprint I desired is part of their templates that they keep in the bakery as a Dummy.

I became so upset, Arav is very sensitive and as I expected, he made a sad face. I hated myself for why I trusted such an irresponsible bakery who just promotes things that they do not deliver. I paid rupees 2100 for that cake and it tasted ordinary.

Khurana Bakery is a known bakery in Indore and has more than one center in the city, but their service is pathetic and I advise you not to buy any cake from them. They don’t care for people’s emotions and sentiments and if you only want a cake that tastes good, they don’t make very delicious cakes either.
